High School Compliance Statement

1. High School Compliance is needed to effect high quality outcomes for the individual, the school, the wider community and the corporate owners. 

 

BRPOD/ANDUP is a paradigm shift in education. It shifts expectations of realistic outcomes, accountability, research and publishing plus remuneration scales.  It also looks to bring the industry inline with others so that it is accountable and responsive to research and innovation.

The professional staff shall also bear responsibilty for excellence in their own school as well as being at the vanguard of a new technology and its methodology. All participants shall be expected to go above and beyond, actively pursue further professional development and be ultimately accountable for their personal performance. 

 

BRPOD has high expectations and anticipates that a highly skilled, ethically focussed and accountable workforce, empowered by performance bonuses shall create a genuine career path within the education sector more akin to psychologists and the medical industry

 

Education needs the best and brightest. BRPOD also needs the best and brightest and will ensure they are paid accordingly.

 

The individual school shall benefit by having improved outcomes. Reduced wastage  reallocation of existing budgets tied to actual measurable literacy outcomes can then occur.

 

The university and  research sector shall see a tangible shift towards a culture of research and publishing from within schools befitting a modern and technologicaly savvy industry as we see within the medical fraternity.

2. Entities (Schools) will be expected to adhere to the compliance orders with audits and verifications needed on an as requested basis.

2.1 Non-Compliance: will result in withdrawl of live BRPOD feed.

2.2 Commencement of Compliance shall be by notification, but typically 2-4 years after signup.

3.Auditable items:

3.1 Physical:

3.11 Room shall have as a minimum 5 work stations

3.12 All workstations shall have heavy curtains to create a visually private space

3.13 Room shall have lighting/blinds that allowing for bright to subdued/dim.

3.14 Room requires airconditioning to be < 2 degrees than general other rooms. i.e. on the cool side.

3.15 Browser: Only Google Chrome to be used

3.16 Laptop or desktop with minimum display size 15inches

3.17 Sound output: Tone similar to 'real life' speech

3.2 Professional

3.21 Team requirements are per school

3.22 Team Leader + Instructor1 + Instructor2

3.230 Minimum Qualifications:

3.231 Team Leader =Clinical Psychologist 

3.232 Instructors 6month BR approved traineeship with exam

3.24 Professional Fees and Payments

3.241 Remuneration calculation is based on a multiple of a first year teacher salary in the local jurisdiction known as the Base Rate

3.242 Team Leader remuneration multiple 1.5times with all Full Time Benefits per typical 48 week working year. (4 weeks annual leave applies)

3.243 Instructors remuneration multiple 0.9 times with all Full Time Benefits

3.244 Team Performance bonus and career progressions shall apply;

3.245 Pay rates shall increase by a minimum 5% annually compounding.

3.246 Pay ceilings shall be at a multiple of Base Rate x 3.0

3.3 Duties

3.31 Team Leader Clinical Psychologist shall:

3.311Overseer of all projects

3.312 Author a Research Item annually

3.3121 Submit Research Item for publication in a peer reviewed journal

3.3122 Participate in not less than six other research projects by providing data as agreed

3.313 Assess not less than 40 students per year using standardized testing Instruments and making the data available to the corporate owners

3.32 Instructor 1 + 2

3.321 Day to day instruction BRPOD/ANDUP

3.322 Traineeship Trainer (once qualified)

3.4 Minimum Performance Standards

3.41 Schools shall achieve within a performance tolerance or:

3.411 Be subject to further training obligations for the Team.

3.412 Be deemed as Non-Compliant

3.5 Research Data and Ownerships

3.51 All data collected shall be made available in a form acceptable to the corporate owners,

3.511 so long as it is within acceptable industry guidelines at the time of first capture

3.512 Typical data format would be by a retrievable database or spreadsheet.

3.52 Data ownership shall include both the original collecting entity AND the corporate owners

3.521 Data may be used as both entities choose within generally acceptable industry practices.
